Samundar dedicates the menu to classic northern indian curry and tandoor dishes for the discerning indian diners who demands authentic staples and infuses a few fusion speciality created for the local market, a fresh blend between indian, south-east asian, and western.

The cuisine includes traditional and richly popular northern Indian dishes keeping it authentic to taste and a blend of Anglo Indian & Sino Indian fusion of dishes. The extension la-carte menu consisting of around 80-100 different items ranging from Tandoor oven items, Indian snacks, seafood, poultry, meats as well as vegetarian items.

Dishes to note are our snack items such as our home-made pyramidal shaped samosa, and vegetable fritter Gobi 65 made with 65 blends of spices and herbs. Tandoor oven items are a must try with the ever popular Tandoori chicken and our Samundar version of minced lamb kebab.

Must try staples are our freshly made hot Indian naan bread such as plain naan which is naturally sweet, cheese naan and the tasty pudina mint naan.
